What you'll do

• Coordinate services involving finances, activities, behavioral supports, healthcare, nutrition, family involvement, education or vocational services, and household management
• assist supervisors with programming, staff communication, and care quality
• create staff schedules
• support behavior, treatment, functional assessment, and person-centered plans
• provide direct support and personal care
• use de-escalation, crisis intervention, and positive behavior support
• maintain professional relationships and accurate electronic documentation
• assist with household tasks, meals, medication support, appointments, and community activities.
