What you'll do

• Support the Retail Store Manager in achieving sales and donation goals
• oversee store operations and functional areas
• lead and develop staff
• support hiring and performance management in at least one department
• help manage merchandising, donation collection, loss prevention, product quality, pricing, and customer relations
• provide coverage for planned or unexpected absences
• support team training and store performance.
