Regional Referral & Community Engagement Coordinator

Job overview

The Regional Referral & Community Engagement Coordinator role is field-based in Bladen and Robeson Counties, North Carolina, with most hours during normal weekday business hours. What you'll do

• Visit approved healthcare offices, community organizations, agencies, businesses, nonprofits, faith organizations, and referral sources
• conduct in-person outreach
• explain TSGBH services
• build referral relationships
• make follow-up calls and emails
• attend approved community events
• connect appropriate prospective clients with intake
• track outreach and referrals
• report service gaps and unmet needs to leadership.
