What you'll do

• Operate and maintain the Device Farm and connected test devices
• troubleshoot connectivity and operational issues
• manage system and navigation software updates
• coordinate and train outsourced resources
• manage automated UI test cases and analyze results
• adapt test cases for North American conditions
• execute protocol tests
• reproduce and document customer issues
• develop test plans with Korea headquarters
• prepare test cases and reports
• monitor automotive technology developments
• escalate issues as needed.
