Development Director

What you'll do

• Help develop and execute a multi-year resource development plan
• support annual fundraising goals and budgets
• lead fundraising initiatives for annual, major, leadership, endowment, and planned gifts
• identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual, corporate, and foundation donors
• manage donor portfolios and records
• coordinate gift processing, events, sponsorships, campaigns, and grant-related fundraising
• provide development data and reports to leadership and the Board.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field is required. Five years of relevant experience is preferred; some evenings and weekends are required for events and donor engagement.
