• Follow up on quotes, proposals, customer inquiries, and inbound leads
• research customer history and sales trends
• re-engage inactive customers
• maintain records in ERP and Salesforce
• coordinate account transitions with sales managers
• partner with Application Engineers and Customer Service
• escalate unresolved customer issues.
