What you'll do

• Direct patients according to their needs
• organize patient schedules and check-in
• maintain registration status and communicate schedule changes
• obtain information for referrals
• review daily charges and verify billing
• prepare and maintain forms, files, and charts
• distribute mail
• maintain office and clinical supply inventory and equipment
• support staff workflow and patient confidentiality
• assist the department manager with operational issues.
