The Full-Time Medical Assistant — El Paso role is onsite at two clinic locations in El Paso, TX: East El Paso at 1613 N Zaragoza Rd #108 and West El Paso at 6801 N Mesa St, Suite B-3. Pay is $17–$19 per hour. The role supports Aspire Allergy & Sinus’s mission of helping patients with allergy, asthma, and sinus problems. The assistant supports clinical care through allergy testing, injections, in-office procedures, patient education, and accurate health-record documentation. The role also helps with front-office tasks to support clinic operations and patient experience across both locations.

What you'll do

• Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain vital signs, medical history, and medication lists
• explain allergy testing and treatment protocols
• administer subcutaneous, intradermal, and intramuscular injections
• conduct spirometry testing
• document patient information in the EHR
• greet and direct patients and visitors
• answer calls
• track clinical inventory
• complete end-of-day reports and logs
• follow HIPAA and OSHA requirements
• cross-train in front-office duties including scheduling, payments, treatment coordination, and CT authorizations
• travel between clinics.

Why this role
