What you'll do

• Receive, review, and process vendor invoices and employee expenses
• prepare detailed reports
• use software and accounting systems to complete work and respond to information requests
• perform assigned accounting duties involving accounts payable and receivable, purchasing and inventory, balancing and analysis, revenue, and payroll
• follow internal controls
• prioritize weekly payments and resolve vendor or employee concerns
• collaborate with departments, field locations, auditors, and vendors.
