What you'll do

• Provide onsite support for endpoint migration waves, including preparation, re-imaging, cutover, validation, and stabilization
• validate inventory and readiness
• configure and troubleshoot Autopilot and Intune
• troubleshoot application deployment and Active Directory onboarding
• use PowerShell and Windows diagnostic tools
• validate Tanium and CrowdStrike endpoint health
• troubleshoot Netskope connectivity and basic network dependencies
• document issues and update runbooks
• travel frequently across client sites throughout the USA.
