Recreation Therapist

What you'll do

• Assess patients’ recreational interests, social functioning, and therapeutic needs
• plan and facilitate therapeutic recreation activities and group sessions
• develop individualized treatment goals and interventions
• document participation and progress
• conduct wellness and leisure-skills education
• collaborate with treatment teams and families as appropriate
• maintain recreation supplies, equipment, and program safety.

Why this role
