What you'll do

• Supervise nursing staff during assigned shifts
• ensure resident care plans are implemented and updated
• conduct assessments and monitor changes in condition
• communicate with providers and families
• oversee medication administration, treatments, documentation, and nursing services
• address concerns
• assist with staffing coverage and scheduling
• support staff education and coaching
• maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control, resident rights, and regulations
• respond to emergencies and participate in QAPI initiatives.
