The Project Manager, Electrical Construction role is onsite in Cocoa Beach, FL. Compensation is not specified. The role manages small to mid-sized electrical construction projects, or portions of larger projects, from turnover through closeout. It coordinates field and office stakeholders to deliver work safely, to quality and schedule expectations, within budget, and with client satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Plan and manage electrical construction projects from turnover through closeout
• develop schedules
• coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• visit jobsites to monitor progress, safety, quality, productivity, and schedule
• review construction documents
• prepare and track RFIs, submittals, and closeout documents
• coordinate procurement
• monitor budgets, costs, billing, and forecasts
• lead kickoff and progress meetings
• manage punch lists, warranties, as-builts, training documents, and final billing.

Why this role
