What you'll do

• Triage patients safely, rapidly, and accurately
• prioritize care based on patient needs and flow
• communicate patient status and diagnostic results to emergency physicians
• assess and reassess patients, pain, and hemodynamic status
• provide direct care and adjust care processes
• document histories, treatments, and responses
• administer medications
• educate patients and families
• maintain a safe therapeutic environment and adequate supplies.
