Marketing and Communications Manager

Reporting to the Development Director, the position supports St. Luke’s donor communications and community awareness of its programs. The role develops and carries out communications and marketing that strengthen donor stewardship, support fundraising, and explain program impact. It coordinates content and brand messaging across digital, print, and event channels, working with Development and program teams to engage supporters and constituents.

What you'll do

• Develop donor-centered communication strategies
• write and edit appeals, impact reports, campaign materials, newsletters, and Food Pantry updates
• customize communications with the Development team
• create fundraising-event materials
• maintain a content library
• partner with program teams on impact stories and updates
• steward brand identity
• develop targeted marketing strategies
• track marketing and advertising efforts
• manage digital content calendars, social media, email, and website updates
• monitor analytics
• support annual events, mailings, and donor engagement projects.
