What you'll do

• Own recruitment and selection for regional openings
• partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• prescreen, test, interview, and select candidates
• coordinate offers with hiring managers and HR
• post requisitions
• coordinate with approved recruiting vendors
• represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events
• build knowledge of regional labor markets and talent sources
• coordinate onboarding handoffs
• maintain applicant tracking and recruitment records
• apply employment laws and compliance policies.
