Operations Manager, Electronics Recycling

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily warehouse and production activities
• monitor productivity and operational goals
• maintain safe and organized work areas
• supervise, train, schedule, and support employees
• enforce safety policies and PPE use
• conduct inspections and maintain OSHA compliance
• oversee receiving, processing, storage, shipping, and inventory movement
• track performance and report recommendations to executive management
• communicate with employees, vendors, and customers.

Why this role
