The role supports safe, high-quality resident care through clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and coordination with facility personnel.

What you'll do

• Oversee medical and advanced provider practitioner staff, including antibiotic stewardship, documentation, regulatory compliance, psychotropic oversight, hospital transfer activity, and data collection
• direct personnel providing medical and health-related services
• attend professional and facility meetings
• oversee policies and procedures
• participate in QAPI and admissions.

Why this role

Requires graduation from an accredited medical school, three years of general medical training, board certification or eligibility in internal medicine or family practice, and a New York medical license. AMDA/PALTC membership or active CMD certification required.
