Project Manager, Secure Facilities

The Project Manager, Secure Facilities role is onsite in Cape Canaveral, FL; compensation is not specified. The position supports government execution of mission-critical secure facility construction projects from preconstruction through accreditation and closeout. The role exists to help deliver compliant SCIF, SAPF, and other ICD 705 projects by coordinating schedules, budgets, quality, security requirements, and stakeholders. It provides project oversight, risk reporting, and guidance to junior project staff throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Support oversight of SCIF, SAPF, and other ICD 705-compliant projects
• review schedules, budgets, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and quality control
• coordinate design reviews, security plans, checklists, and accreditation documentation
• verify technical security compliance
• report status and mitigate risks
• advise on site safety and security protocols
• mentor junior staff.

Why this role
