What you'll do

• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, wireless platforms, and internet connectivity
• maintain connectivity for EHR, cloud, VoIP/UC, remote users, and sites
• support network security controls
• review logs and alerts
• coordinate vulnerability remediation
• maintain configuration, change-control, access, backup, and disaster-recovery standards
• support HIPAA-aligned safeguards
• collaborate on incident response, audits, risk assessments, and projects
• maintain network documentation
• participate in after-hours maintenance, patching, incident response, and on-call support as needed.
