What you'll do

• Safely administer medications within RN scope
• formulate nursing care plans
• assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures
• maintain knowledge of equipment and procedures used for pediatric and medical-surgical patients
• document and communicate patient information
• engage families in pediatric care plans
• monitor completion of physician orders and transcribe orders into the electronic medical record
• and direct and supervise LPNs, POCTs, and ancillary staff. Requires current Ohio RN licensure and CPR
• obtain PALS within one year and obtain or maintain ECG rhythm recognition.
