Senior General Ledger Accountant

What you'll do

• Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end general ledger close across multiple entities
• prepare and post journal entries
• reconcile balance sheet accounts
• review trial balances
• coordinate job-cost accounting and work-in-progress schedules
• maintain the chart of accounts
• support intercompany transactions, financial statements, cash flow and variance analysis
• prepare audit schedules
• improve controls and close processes
• mentor junior accounting staff
• ensure GAAP and company-policy compliance.
