What you'll do

  • Support preparation and administration of design and construction contracts and specifications
  • coordinate task orders, amendments, and change orders
  • assist with public bids, solicitations, bid documentation, addenda, tabulations, and openings
  • coordinate contract closeout
  • respond to contract and bid inquiries
  • prepare requests for proposals
  • administer contract records, renewals, insurance, and vendor reviews
  • support purchasing, payroll, and department policies.
