What you'll do

• Partner with Sales Managers and customers to define application requirements and recommend solutions
• provide technical support during pre-sales
• conduct machine demonstrations, customer trials, and proof-of-concept tests
• analyze test and operational data
• troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and optimize sorting equipment
• prepare technical reports and documentation
• and support installations, commissioning, customer training, and performance validation when required.
