What you'll do

• Review plans, blueprints, and specifications to quantify materials, labor, and equipment
• analyze bid documents and obtain vendor pricing
• conduct onsite assessments
• track scope, schedule, and cost changes and prepare change orders
• coordinate with field foremen and teams
• monitor progress and adjust resources
• maintain project paperwork and reports
• serve as the primary client contact.
