The role develops new and current doctors through clinical and operational training, coaching, and practical application. It also helps improve training materials and effectiveness in coordination with Clinical Operations, Clinical Training, and subject matter experts.

What you'll do

• Facilitate new-hire, ongoing, and refresher training for Doctors of Chiropractic
• deliver training on clinical operations, patient experience, communication, technology, leadership, metrics, and organizational processes
• coach trainees and provide feedback
• adapt methods to learning styles and experience levels
• coordinate schedules, communications, access, assessments, and follow-up
• facilitate in-person, virtual, and off-site training
• develop and refine training materials and assessments.
