What you'll do

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
• supervise, engage, and nurture children in classroom programming. Assist with planning and implementing curriculum based on child development
• support observations, evaluations, and program records
• maintain classroom cleanliness and equipment
• attend family nights, program activities, staff meetings, and training
• follow ECEAP, Washington DCYF licensing, Early Achievers, YMCA, and safety standards.
