What you'll do

• Own two to three large enterprise relationships
• build multi-year account plans
• drive new business, upsell, and cross-sell across business units and regions
• negotiate pricing and contracts and manage renewals
• build relationships with VP- and C-level stakeholders
• track customer usage, value, and renewal risk
• partner with technical account managers and R&D on technical needs and product feedback.
