Medication Technician — Assisted Living, Swing Shift

The Medication Technician role is onsite in Tampa, FL, paying $16–$18 per hour. The position supports residents in an assisted living environment during the listed hours of 8 a.m.–4 p.m., 9 a.m.–5 p.m., or 10 a.m.–6 p.m. The technician administers medications, observes resident needs, and coordinates with the care team to support resident comfort, dignity, safety, and well-being. Accurate documentation and communication help maintain consistent resident-centered care.

What you'll do

• Administer medications according to policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
• monitor residents and report changes
• support daily routines while encouraging independence
• maintain medication and care documentation
• follow care plans and communicate needs to supervisors and nursing staff
• assist with safety checks and wellness rounds
• respond to resident requests and urgent situations
• maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
