Paint, Blast & Shipping Team Lead

What you'll do

• Help interview and select candidates and train new employees
• complete and maintain paint documentation
• inspect gauges, meters, and testing equipment
• perform QA/QC inspections
• review load tickets and enter shipping information
• train employees on production and shipping systems as needed
• coordinate painting, blasting, and loading assignments
• monitor schedules and shipment deadlines and arrange overtime or weekend work when necessary
• identify workflow issues
• enforce safety procedures
• participate in corrective action and progressive discipline when needed
• provide consistent leadership.
