What you'll do

• Design and execute national and regional franchise growth plans
• identify emerging markets and prioritize territories
• represent the brand at industry events
• oversee the franchise candidate pipeline
• improve lead nurturing, technology use, and conversion tracking
• screen candidates and conduct discovery sessions
• evaluate financials, operational readiness, and cultural fit
• partner with marketing on recruitment campaigns
• coordinate with legal and compliance on FDD accuracy and regulatory adherence
• report market insights and performance
• monitor KPIs and adjust strategies
• and mentor team members.
