What you'll do

• Complete solicitation cycles for projects
• verify requisitions and purchase orders
• conduct value and cost-price reasonableness analyses
• evaluate vendor solutions
• validate procurement policies and processes before purchase-order approval
• ensure purchase orders include correct terms
• maintain procurement contract records
• assist departments with purchase plans
• coordinate inventory and warehouse purchases
• follow up with vendors
• provide feedback on vendor performance
• coordinate with accounts payable and receiving to resolve issues.
