Regional Manager — Residential Property Portfolio

What you'll do

• Oversee property financial, operational, and resident satisfaction goals
• conduct site visits and inspections
• develop occupancy, expense, revenue, and asset-value strategies
• manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• communicate insights and risks to ownership
• support technology and policy rollouts
• ensure awareness of housing regulations
• resolve escalated concerns
• partner on capital projects, maintenance, and vendor management
• recruit, train, and develop Community Managers and site teams.
