What you'll do

• Oversee hotel operations, including guest service and registration, staffing, room inventory, service standards, product quality, cost controls, profitability, systems, and policy implementation
• prepare weekly schedules
• coordinate with Maintenance
• inspect premises, guest rooms, and linen rooms
• participate in briefings and department meetings
• resolve problems
• perform Room Attendant and Turndown Attendant duties if needed
• support housekeeping equipment and supply management
• assist with hiring, training, evaluation, and staff development
• oversee office operations, guest services, bookkeeping, and payroll.
