What you'll do

• Create lesson plans and assessments, grade work, and maintain a gradebook
• support a small classroom
• collaborate with general education teachers on IEP implementation
• oversee paraprofessional duties and coordinate providers
• use assessment results to develop data-driven IEPs and facilitate meetings
• provide specialized academic instruction in pull-out, push-in, or consultative settings
• comply with special education laws and school policies
• participate in professional development and feedback sessions.
