What you'll do

• Manage the classroom
• set goals and evaluate performance
• prepare an Individualized Education Program for each student
• assess students across subject areas
• prepare daily and longer-term lesson plans
• teach English, mathematics, science, social studies, and other learning areas
• use computers for lesson preparation, teaching, and reporting
• supervise students during the school day, including lunch
• attend staff meetings and training
• evaluate written and oral work.
