The Preschool Teacher Assistant role is onsite in Greenville, SC, and pays $13.50–$16.50 per hour. Working under the School Director and classroom leadership, the assistant supports daily classroom activities and curriculum implementation. The role helps maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment responsive to children’s physical, social, emotional, developmental, and behavioral needs, while following safety and licensing requirements.

What you'll do

• Support a positive and respectful classroom
• greet children and families
• assist with individual developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavior plans as directed
• support curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs
• communicate with families and coworkers
• follow safety and supervision procedures
• document and report incidents
• participate in required meetings, training, and professional development.
