What you'll do

• Lead daily vibration, shock, and thermal laboratory operations
• oversee qualification and acceptance test procedures
• develop and guide test technicians and specialists
• manage lab scheduling, asset utilization, test readiness, and process standardization
• partner with Avionics Design, Manufacturing, Integration, Quality, and Test Engineering
• improve throughput and scalable testing systems.
