What you'll do

• Manage and coordinate service-team activities
• oversee upkeep, inventory, and repairs of grounds and buildings
• diagnose and repair issues involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances
• schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work
• participate in an emergency on-call rotation
• use work-order and business software
• share on-call duties with teammates.
