What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
• source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers
• collaborate with hiring managers on requirements and interview plans
• build pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, and networking
• communicate with candidates
• track recruiting activity and metrics
• align practices with employment regulations and fair hiring standards
• partner on compensation discussions and offer negotiations
• guide fellow recruiters as needed
• support employer branding and recruiting initiatives.
