What you'll do

• Lead the nursing team during the night shift
• monitor patient conditions and assess care needs
• observe and interpret symptoms and communicate them to physicians
• collaborate with physicians and nurses on individualized care plans
• perform routine procedures such as blood pressure measurements and injections
• complete patient charts
• adjust and administer medications and provide treatments according to physician orders
• follow health, safety, sanitation, and decontamination procedures.
