What you'll do

• Read plans and construction documents
• supervise installation crews, field employees, and subcontractors
• coordinate tools, materials, schedules, inspections, and project documentation
• monitor jobsite safety, quality, code compliance, and progress
• manage jobsite materials
• coordinate HVAC installation, punch work, and corrective work
• collaborate with general contractors, project managers, zoning officials, and inspectors
• coach and mentor field personnel.
