What you'll do

• Build relationships with customers visiting the service department
• review vehicle ownership information and identify upgrade opportunities
• introduce upgrade programs and incentives
• coordinate appointments with the sales team
• help customers understand trade values and vehicle options
• follow up by phone, text, email, and in person
• work with Service Advisors and Sales Consultants
• track interactions and maintain accurate records
• support customer retention and loyalty.
