Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Boston, MA, with compensation of $25–$30 per hour. Forest Properties Management seeks a technician for its Boston apartment property. The technician performs corrective, preventive, cosmetic, and emergency property maintenance to keep the apartment community and units in serviceable condition. The role works with a team of technicians and responds to resident service needs.

What you'll do

• Repair appliances, carpentry, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and heating and cooling systems as needed
• complete service requests
• prepare vacant apartments for lease, including cleaning when needed
• report building, grounds, or system issues
• work a rotational on-call schedule, including overtime and weekends as needed.
