Mill Driver

The Mill Driver role is onsite in Petersburg, VA, with pay of $17 per hour. The schedule is 12-hour swing shifts: four days on, three days off, four nights on, and three days off. Equipment inspections, safe operation, and coordination with mill employees and drivers help maintain reliable movement of products around the site.

What you'll do

• Transport mill products by tractor-trailer within mill and yard areas
• inspect equipment daily and report mechanical issues
• maintain equipment in safe and clean condition
• coordinate internal logistics and deliveries with customers, mill employees, and drivers
• follow safe job instructions, training, and applicable safety regulations
• assist with general mill and yard duties as needed.
