What you'll do

• Develop and implement a multi-year advancement strategy
• set measurable goals and reporting processes
• lead fundraising across major and principal gifts, annual and planned giving, corporate and foundation relations, campaigns, events, and stewardship
• cultivate and solicit donors and philanthropic partners
• build donor pipelines and revenue forecasts
• oversee marketing, communications, brand visibility, and public relations
• improve advancement systems and fundraising technology
• manage budgets and performance
• lead and develop the Advancement team
• partner with the Board and prepare executive reports.
