The Maintenance Technician — Facilities role is onsite in Frederick, MD, with a stated hourly pay range of $22–$32. The position supports the facilities team of an addictions and mental health treatment provider serving the greater Maryland area. The technician helps keep the organization’s properties, equipment, and vehicle fleet maintained and operational. By completing routine checks, repairs, and service requests, the role supports the facilities manager and the organization’s treatment services.

What you'll do

• Complete daily and weekly maintenance checks
• perform building repairs and troubleshoot internal service calls
• transport and dispense farm or building supplies
• maintain facilities equipment and inventory
• support assigned ancillary tasks and special projects
• travel between properties in the Frederick area using a company truck.
