Inventory Control Manager

The Inventory Control Manager is an onsite role based in Alsip, IL, with a salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory integrity across raw materials, work-in-process, and finished assemblies. The manager will lead daily inventory activities, enforce standard work, and ensure SAP transactional discipline to maintain alignment between physical inventory and system data.

What you'll do

• Lead inventory control activities across raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and MRO inventory.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
• Apply IR Excellence (IRX) and continuous improvement principles to improve material flow and efficiency.
• Develop, enhance, and standardize inventory control processes to improve accuracy and compliance.
• Partner cross-functionally with Production, Scheduling, Purchasing, and Shipping.
• Analyze inventory KPIs including turns, shortages, and variances.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and EHS standards.
• Train, coach, and develop team members while fostering accountability and engagement.
