What you'll do

• Assist with menu planning and prepare food using standardized recipes and food-safety regulations. Maintain food quality, nutrition, portion control, and sanitation
• clean cooking areas and equipment. Consult with the supervisor about menus, preparation, and therapeutic diets, and supervise the kitchen when the Executive Chef is absent.
