The Assistant Project Manager role is onsite in Tulsa, OK; compensation is not specified. The assistant project manager supports safe, on-budget, on-schedule project delivery and customer satisfaction. Working with project managers, superintendents, and project staff, the role helps plan schedules, coordinate procurement and subcontractors, track costs and documentation, and address project risks.

What you'll do

• Support project safety planning and enforcement
• prepare pre-job documentation
• assist with purchasing and subcontracting
• develop project and procurement schedules
• maintain customer and engineer communications
• track project documentation, submittals, vendors, equipment costs, modifications, payroll, pay requests, and cost reports
• analyze schedule and cost issues
• support quality control, startup, and closeout.

Why this role

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of construction project coordination or management support are preferred. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites are preferred.
